I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--6 A run.
am--6 Usual morning run in the last of the winter weather.
pm--9 A decent run w/ 2.5 @ inclines in .25 and .5 intervals from 5%-15% and 2 @ a moderate 7:40 pace. The intervals were tough near the end.
am--4 A truncated morning run because I'm not sure whether or not I'll be able to get out later.
