pm--5 Ducked the wind and ran on my parents' treadmill. Warmed up and then hit 10 x 1 min. fartleks @ 6:00 / mile pace w/ 30 seconds at 8:30 for recovery between each. Felt really nice on the treadmill. Finished w/ a cool down.
