2nd run since Chicago Marathon a week and a half ago last Sunday

Next marathon coming in April will be my 2nd opportunity to qualify for Boston. For the rest of October my 2 main focuses will be form and breathing. This change of pace will be nice for me; August and September was brutal during the speed and long distance runs. I'm hoping this will help alleviate the problems I have been having with calf strains.

- 3rd recovery run, 20 min. easy on the treadmill.

- Core and Upper body strength training.

Plan tomorrow is to get back outside, map out a trail by work and run about 5 miles before work. Weather permitting.
