| 2nd run since Chicago Marathon a week and a half ago last Sunday Next marathon coming in April will be my 2nd opportunity to qualify for Boston. For the rest of October my 2 main focuses will be form and breathing. This change of pace will be nice for me; August and September was brutal during the speed and long distance runs. I'm hoping this will help alleviate the problems I have been having with calf strains. Core and Leg Strength training after run. |
