Temp: 77 degrees Moved my long run from friday to today. - Wheezing issues right at the start. Forgot my inhaler and I didn't take my Singulair. (REFILL) Wheezing throughout the run but for the most part my running lungs have returned so it was manageable. Ouch. feeling the pounding of the pavement at mile13. NO PROBLEM.
