7.6 miles with an 800 on the track after. Ran through some snow which was tough and then the track was pretty snowy and I couldn't go at all so it was pretty slow. Ran with Lone Peak as well as Jared, Riley and Matt. Did abs after.
1.5 warm up then 8 400 meter hill repeats on part of the Grinder. 1.5 mile cool down after and abs.
3 easy miles with Matt. Racing the 1600 tomorrow.

800 PR - 2:05 or 2:06 and then the 3200. Officially it's a PR 10:43 but I've ran faster. My NXR split is my real 3200 PR.
