One Mile at a Time

5 miles on the treadmill in my Launches because I left my Kinvaras at the cabin.

2.5 to school then 6.5 then strides. Did some crazy trail run because there's a 5k for the Follow the Flag or whatever so we decided to run the trail and it was wild. Talked to the dude after and told him he needs to mark it better haha.

3 easy with Casey back in the Kinvaras.

Lovely run at 4:00 this afternoon in 101 degree weather :)

Ran later with Casey and Carson.

Today Ali and I went 8 miles. The last mile he took off and I had nothing so I just worked to keep the AP as 7:00. Legs were heavy.

3.18 tonight with Casey. Had some Creamies after, solid post run fuel.

Looks like I'll hit decent mileage this week even without running Monday, only once Tuesday and the lower mileage yesterday. Not even sure why mileage matters anymore or what I'm trying to accomplish. Just kind of doing it because I guess.

Played soccer then went on fun run with Mya. I ran a mile to Mya's house then we did 2 miles together then I did a mile back. I haven't been drinking enough my mouth is so dry.

Alright Follow the Flag 5k today. It was at 7:00 pm so nice and hot. Warmed up a mile with Matt M. Led the first mile then Matt M. Wade Peter and another kid passed me and that's how it stayed. Something messed up with medals because I got 5th overall and third in my age division but I'm pretty sure top 5 were all my age division. Tough race 3.18 miles 8:14 pace I think. Mile cool down with a lot of people. Ran in the Launches to be super patriotic. Also just to not run a trail in my Kinvaras.

Reaper today with Brayjo. Haven't done it in a while and think I got around a 9:30. 2.1 mile warm up then 1.3 up then ran down plus part of 2 mile loop to cool down.

PM- 4 miles with Brayjo, Ellie and Seth on the Bonneville Shoreline Trail. Fun fun run. The sunset looked super cool.

Seth and I met at PG today and ran to Timp. We didn't really push it at all and had our pace around 7:00.

Hiked Silver Lake then at night went up to PG cross country camp with Matt and Jared and did the three mile run or whatever it is. I forgot to start my run. Fun being up with the team for a little.

No run but played basketball for a while.

5.25 with Seth today. 

6.75 later.

No run today, soccer in the morning.

Ran Timp today with Seth. It was very tough but a good experience.

Temple to Temple today. Did a mile before then raced. Planned on going first mile around 5 then the second two around 6 and I think I went 5:12 5:38 5:44. Fun race. Ran the course backwards to get back to my car.

2 with Casey then 5.68 with Taylor then 1.15 with my mom and Scout.

Reaper today. Surprised that I went as fast as I did, 9:15. 6 miles total. Also hiked Silver Lake and playing basketball later.
