The ball of my foot on my left furt has felt bruised today. It was fine on the run until I stepped on a rock. I think I started out too fast or something because I felt so gassed. The first 1.5 was a 7:45 pace but then overall it was a 7:28 pace. Surprised I went so much quicker on the way back. There was also a bigger elevatin gain on the way out so maybe that had something to do with it.
