Five miles this morning. That is my longest run since before the mission. I felt pretty tired. 7:23 for the AP. Maybe someday I will do a 6 miler...
4.6 miles on the bike. I actually ran more than I biked today. Impressive.
4 miles today at a 7:15 pace. I was considering doing more but it just didn't end up happening,
Three miles on the treadmill. Ate Thai for dinner then hopped on the treadmill before I went fishing. Wanted to do more but didn't have the time.
Second day in a row I did three miles at a 7:21 pace.
17.4 mile bike ride today in Island Park. Happy Fourth of July.
