Three miles this morning. Tested out the ankle. Stiff at the start but then it was good. Did some nice negative splits. Averaged 7:08. Need to get more consistent.
Just under an 8 minute pace today. Legs felt heavy. Playing soccer later tonight so I didn't really feel like running but I needed to just for the consistency.
Got some new shoes over the weekend. Nike Zoom Gravity. I like them. Just did three miles this morning at a 7:02 pace. I was doing good last week but then the cold on Monday and Tuesday deterred me from running and then I just got lazy.
