Reaper with Matt. Something like 6 miles. The Reaper sucked but we talked to some of the team after which was quality.

5.8 with Matt today. Two mile tempo in the middle. Felt good.
6 miles at a 6:35 today with Matt. Good weather. Stopped by Jared's to say hi. He was destroying his couches or something. He's cooked.
