One Mile at a Time

Mile warm up then 3 minutes easy 3 hard 5 times and a 400 after the last 3 hard. I only distanced the hard but Ali distanced all and it was 5.06. I know the hard was over 3 miles but can't remember right now what it was. It was a tough workout but good. Mile cool down after.

2.9 in the morning. It was freezing. So freezing.

2.25 this morning on the treadmill. A lot warmer in my basement than outside.

7.56 miles with Lone Peak in the afternoon. Tempo run I guess. Good stuff. Shoutout to them for letting me come and train. Highlight of the run was Craik "singing" Taylor Swift. The new Launches feel good.

2.6 this morning.

6 miles in the afternoon with Jared and Matt. We started our run at Orem High and headed South for three miles. I found a $10 bill on the run so that was really awesome. 6:23 was the AP.

3 miles in the afternoon with Matt.

Planned on Weber but no one would drive up with me and I didn't want to alone. Played two church ball games and got an awful dead leg and it still kills. Won one lost one.
