My legs and lungs were BURNING this morning.  That was hard!  5.1 miles on the road, 1.9 miles on the TM for a cooldown.  DONE!

TT:  1:40:06  AP:  9:27 on the MCT solo.  I was SO unbelievably sore from yesterday's lifting session.  I also took a long nap this morning.

My legs were slightly stiff the first few miles, but eventually calmed down!

Tempo with Heather on MTC (cool down on 300 N).

3.7 tempo (goal was 8:15-8:30).  (Actual was 8:10, 8:10, 8:06, 5:38)

Cool down till hit 8 miles.  

The tempo miles were hard, but I wasn’t in death mode.  Weather was perfect!  45 degrees ad overcast.  Very fallish.
