But the problem is that many runners forget all of the steps between the first one and the goal.  If your goal is to run under two hours for the half marathon then you need to be honest about all of the little steps to get to that goal.

We took the kids this morning to the gym daycare.  

Walking on the treadmill:

3.61 miles - 55 minutes - 4.1 mph - 6.5 incline

Every 15 minutes, I would run for 1 minute.  I noticed my hiney was really jiggling - I know - TOO MUCH INFORMATION.  But it bothered me (in addition to the wiggly tummy pooch).  No more pan full of rice krispy treats.

When we got home, I took a ride on the bike.  I went scouting to find new trails to ride with my son.  He recently got a new bike and we have been going on a lot of little rides.  He's fast and I have been working with him on "up and down" on the BIG HILLS.  It is so fun to be able to do stuff like this with him.  I never thought I would get to this point in life and now I can't believe it is here!

Last PT appointment today and I am allowed to run another 1 minute on Friday - YAHOO!!  I can run strictly on pain levels - such a slow process.  Just happy to be exercising again!

We've been babysitting our friends kiddos while they are out of town - full contact MOM MOJO going on (I totally needed to workout, but none was happening!!).

Finally got to the gym today - HOORAY!
