No workout today!  Bummer....maybe!  I taught my whole wheat bread class and other things you can make with the bread dough.  It was a semi-ok turnout, but lots of good treats (cinnamon rolls, soft pretzels, pizzas, taco bakes, and bread).

I am NOT going to weigh in tomorrow. I have to give my body a few days to loose all the bread I've eaten tonight.

Bread? Yum.

Do you workout at the Legacy Center? I swear I have seen you. If so, there is another gal from the blog that joins me on Saturday there for a 3 hour workout session. You should join us! We try to put in a long enough workout to justify a 15-18 mile run.

We do a spinning class for an hour, elliptical for an hour, and I have been swimming around a mile after that. Sometimes the entire workout can get pretty intense.
