No workout today! Bummer....maybe! I taught my whole wheat bread class and other things you can make with the bread dough. It was a semi-ok turnout, but lots of good treats (cinnamon rolls, soft pretzels, pizzas, taco bakes, and bread). I am NOT going to weigh in tomorrow. I have to give my body a few days to loose all the bread I've eaten tonight. Off to bed!
