I GOT the closed captioning working on the darn TV - hip hip hooray!  As much as I LOVE Christmas, it is a LOT of work!  There are so many things to do and I'm running out of days.  So often, I bit off more than I can chew!

 Felt good to get out and run.  I had some Graston scraping done today - ouch!
