No running for me today!! I'm more than happy to have a rest/recovery day :) Bike 20 minutes and watched Law and Order 3x 30 squats 30 walking lunges 30 side to side lunges 10 plank rows B6 15 jump squats LLL Dips Ooooo...I think I'm going to be sore tomorrow :) We were planning on skiing at Brighton today, but UDOT said 4 wheel drive or chains were required so our fun day went down the tube. The mini-van didn't make the cut!!! So sledding it was and driving grandma all over town. |
