3.5 miles - 35 minutes There were lots of people at the gym this morning. It sure has been a treat to sleep in and go to the gym later (thanks to hubby being home). It is going to be a rude awakening come next week when I have to get my lazy hiney out of bed! I went to the foot doctor today. The tendon that holds my ankle bone and muscles in place is still really weak. He recommended that I get specialized orthotics (lightweight for running) for extra support. $300 bucks - ouch! But he didn't think that I had refractured it and it was the sore tendon. Onward and upward!
