I ran with one of my favorite running buddies this morning - my sister in law.  She's really fast and can "talk and run at the same time" quality.  She's AWESOME!!!  Hooray for her being in town the next few days.  Plus she has a Garmin - I totally need one of those!

I love to run with friends. I am glad you are able to run with your sister in law! I don't have a garmin either, but my two running friends do. It is nice to have the stats of a run.
