My satorius muscle (inner thigh) was practically pain free after my week off.  But the moment I stepped on the TM, it started to hurt again.  I'm feeling frustrated and impatient.  I'm just not sure what to do.  Blech.....

I don't know what to tell you, I have never had a problem with that. Maybe I have and I just can't remember.

Did you have it looked at by a PT? Is it due to imbalanced muscle use? I guess keep up the strength exercises?

I'm sorry. At least you are not training for a marathon and you can ramp up cross training. Please take it easy, you are one to listen to your body unlike a lot of us runners (me).

Thanks Bec! I get REALLY grumpy when I don't have a decent workout. Running is the only thing in life that makes me moody...as in if I can't do it, I am a BEAR!

I'm feeling much better today. I've done yoga everyday for the past 3-4 days. That is the ticket I believe!
