Oh so tired this morning and promptly hit the snooze button. No regrets either! I rode my bike this afternoon. I'm nervous about the mini sprint in TWO flippin weeks! This is the least prepared I've been about any race - oh well! My goal is just to finish! BIKE: 12.40 miles - 49:41 minutes (I did this 7 minutes faster than the last time I did this route!)
