Hubby was out of town, so I had to run after I dropped everyone off at school.  I didn't like it - it felt like I wasted half of my morning and I didn't get anything else done.  BUT I did get to sleep in which was heavenly!

Before run:  high knees and butt kicks

The first 2 miles, I felt like I was huffing and puffing.  I felt horrible!  But then immediately I warmed up and all was right in the running world again.  The weather was so wonderful - cold, sunny and leaves crunching under my feet. 

I got new shoes...they felt like butter!  Right foot felt ok...we'll just wait and see

After run:  just a few high knees

new shoes and good weather make everything better! :) Excellent work there Toby, do you see that speedy 7:33 in there?!? I love your fast finishes, you've always got them!

Oh, and keep up with the strength training - you're right, it IS good!
