3.2 mile run to and from the gym. Lifted legs - leg curls, calf raises, leg press, sit ups, swimmers and planks x 3. Not super motivated to get up and get moving. But out I got and got it done.

All that matter is that you got up and out! That is the hard part!!
I was just thinking today, "I have not worked legs in forever." I think my running is suffering from it, but my legs are always so tired! Good for you for doing it!
