I really hope this is my last EARLY morning training run for awhile. I never sleep well and I don’t love running in the dark. But everything felt pretty good. I took Saturday off (an unplanned rest day). My legs were so heavy and hurt. I’m hoping it was the right call. No over cooking the legs!
