| got out again for a nice run -- my legs are tired from the 15 on Friday. That's just crazy. I need to get myself out the door more this week. Things will get back to normal tomorrow - hopefully.

| our neighbor took the kids to lunch today, so I was able to get in an hour run. yippee! My legs are still sore from the 15 miles on Friday. Weird, cause I didn't push hard at all.

| Ran to the track and then did a couple easy miles on it. It has been a while since I've been there and I just needed to get back there. I have a fast 5k next month and I need to get in some quick miles and intervals starting next week... 6 @ 7:15 ave pace

lesson learned - dont eat bbq pork sandwich (btw it was so good) before running nine miles my wife wanted to take me to a b-day lunch and I though bbq might be better on my stomach vs. mexican, but it turns out it wasn't a good plan. But i got in some long slow miles. I guess that is ok. 9 @ 7:50 ave pace

still icy and stuff like that. it is really beating up my feet. I'm not sure if it is my trail shoes that I'm wearing or the ice. It sure is different to run in this stuff - no way to push off properly.

| ran at 6 tonight - I almost bailed on it cause I thought the sidewalks were icier today, but things went ok. Maybe I'm getting used to running on ice and snow 7.45 @ 8:7 ave pace Unfortunately school is canceled for the kids tomorrow - again - 4 days in a row. It is beyond crazy at this point.

| got in 7.15 today after work - it is a little warmer and not nearly as windy. My legs feel so heavy and tight. I don't really know what to do about that. I know my shoes are old but I can't believe that it would be the cure-all for this. On the other hand, it is supposed to get up to 60 on Saturday - hurrah! 7.15 @ 7:23 ave pace
