| Just got back from vacation. My foot had been feeling good in the surf and sand, so I decided to give it the green light for two miles. Â Other than the running feeling totally strange and klunky to me, all went well. Â Hurrah! 7.5 on the bike after the run |

2 miles - 7:57 ave pace - maybe three days in a row is too much. My foot is a little wonky. Prob give it a rest on Friday. Pretty disappointed cause today was the first time this week that I felt good and normal again (except my foot). Felt like I could go for a long way. added to that with 10.1 on the bike - 14.7 ave pace - tailed off a lot at the end. Should have eaten a little bit prior to this workout.

| Went out in the midday sun and got in my longest run in a very long time. Funny how my quads are sore after 6 miles. 6 SLOW miles. Man it was hot. Wrapped my foot afterwards. WIll take tomorrow off - maybe a bike ride. 6 @ 9ish pace |
