Still no running? I've been terrible about getting on the blog lately. Is there any new news about your foot.
I've been riding on Friday mornings with a friend of mine. I forgot how much I like cycling... as long as everything with the bike functions properly.

Hey Rhett - yeah I'll try it again soon.
I got a new chain for my bike and new tires and it is working pretty well. I might even have to try a group ride one of these weeks...
