3 x 1 mile repeats with 600 recoveries. Goal pace was 6:40/mile.
Splits were: 6:37 6:33 and 6:38.
Weather was perfect: 9C/49F, clear skies and no wind.
From now on, Mondays will be for Strength Workouts: Intervals at 10 seconds/mile faster than Tempo Pace.
