I am married to Dustin. We have 3 lively but wonderful boys. Jordan 14, Jansen 7, Jarren 3. I am so lucky to be able to stay at home with them. I am just trying to get into running so I am just starting out easy & slow for now!

2 miles around town with Jarren in the stroller .  The 1st .5 mile we jogged slow and easy taking Jansen to school then 1.5 around town once we dropped Jansen off.  It was really getting HOT!!  so I cut the run short maybe Dustin will want to go out with me later tonight. Time:  22:38

Got a new size in my Defyance shoes.  Steve seemed to think that was the problem with my foot going numb.  No problem with it today!
