I waited for it to warm up a bit to go run but I think I waited  a bit to long.  I was burning up. High 80's for the forecast today!!

I ran 4 miles around town.  The same loop I usually run but added some more to it to make it 4 miles.  Had Jarren with me in the stroller.  He snoozed the entire run.  I felt pretty good.  My knees kept locking up for some reason though but I survived.  I took the garmin so I would know how far I went and splits. Quite to workout for me.  Keeping in mind Jarren is 3 and weighs about 27 lbs.

Good job! Ugh running with the stroller is always a hard task for me!
