4.32 miles at steady pace in 30 minutes. That's under 7:00 pace average, which is great for me right now. And it's the furthest I've run in 30 minutes in quite awhile. I'm finally getting back on track. Now I just need to improve.
Two 20 minute interval workouts. I think I'm going to need to bump up the intensity on these a bit. I really like doing them though. I've had three solid weeks of training in a row.
