AM - 10 miles. Out and back to Maverick. Feeling much better than Sat. I have no idea what was going on. It must have just been a bad day. 10 X 100M - Felt Great and very fluid.

AM - 14 miles. Kendra and I ran 1 mile together up to the Maverick. Then I went out and did my extended River Rd. Loop. Nice steady pace. High 6's until the end. The humidity started to get to me along with the clumb back up to the house - so I slowed down quite a bit.
PM - 4 miles. Around the hood and down to telagraph and around and back. Slow an Easy! |

AM- 5am at Clyde's this morning with Logan, Dave, Paul and Clyde. 3 mile warm-up. Started the same place as last year. The only difference is we weren't able to get on the bike path due to the flood wiping it out. 6 miles of tempo, here's how it went down:

4 - 6:14 - struggled a bit through the industrial park.

AM - Great run witht the club this morning (25 people). Ended up running most of the way with Mr. Fielding. Kept it at 6:45pace for the first 11. At about mile 9.5 Logan started blowing chunks out of the blue. I felt pretty bad for him and thought he was going to need to stop after his 6th time hacking up a meal from 2 days ago - but the crazy mule just kept running.
At mile 11 we started our 9 mile tempo -Here's how it went down:

4 - 5:58 (winchester hill)

| AM - Big morning! Met up the the guys at Clyde's for tempo. Here's the splits: 5:52, 6:01, 5:47, 6:18, 6:01, 5:51 I just didn't feel mentally in the game this morning. I'm not sure what my problem was. Any way the total run was 12.5 miles. AM#2 - Got home and figured It was still cool out, I was still feeling pretty good - So, I might as well finish up my day right then. So I went out and did a 6.5 mile loop to finish off the morning - EASY. PM - Went to the 1 hr class at the gym with Kendra - it beat the crap out of me so I'm calling it 4 miles.
