AM - Great run witht the club this morning (25 people). Ended up running most of the way with Mr. Fielding. Kept it at 6:45pace for the first 11. At about mile 9.5 Logan started blowing chunks out of the blue. I felt pretty bad for him and thought he was going to need to stop after his 6th time hacking up a meal from 2 days ago - but the crazy mule just kept running.

At mile 11 we started our 9 mile tempo -Here's how it went down:

1 - 5:42

2 - 5:26

3 - 5:28

4 - 5:58 (winchester hill)

5 - 5:54

6 - 5:35

7 - 5:32

8 - 5:38

9 - 5:37 (5:39 AVG for tempo)

Felt really good this morning. It was nice having Logan there to pull me along - especially on the hills.

One trick pony,

Nice job this morning. Keep after it and you will kill it at St. George. Sorry about the chunks this morning. Great week of running.

Another good solid tempo - consistent paces.
