I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.  We also head-up the St. George Running Club.

AM - Went out and back 5 miles to Outback (no joke). Hips felt a little better, but still feeling labored to get the run done. 10 miles.

PM- Ran home from the strore (back way). Wasn't able to get my hips to relax - very slow. 6 miles.

AM - It was a great morning! I decided to do Dino out and back around the turf farm.  The start of the run was slow but ended up averaging 6:54 pace for the10 miles. It felt good to have a run that was somewhat smooth. I'm still working on my dang hips - but I'm happy and feeling good about finally picking up the miles. 10miles.

AM- Met up with Dave, Clyde, and Logan to run 20 this morning at 5:30am. Steady, easy pace until I had to hit the bathroom at Mr. D's. My stomach really started acting up.  After the bathroom stop I never really was able to get going again and was struggling. By the time we hit  8 miles I was not doing well. So, I slowed down and headed back to the car and waited for the guys to get done.  Not that great of a run. 11 miles.

AM - Took it easy this morning. I really wasn't feeling too hot this morning. However, I was doing better than I was Sat. I ended up doing 5 out and back to OutBack. I like this run because it's flat, but the car exhaust is starting to really bug. 10 miles total.

AM- Nice run this morning. Did my normal out and back and cut it 1 mile short to make it 9. I have been wanting to start doing a little speed work again just to get these legs turning over a bit.  I havn't done anything fast (except for the relay) since the marathon. 3x 1mile (5:40, 5:42, 5:30). Nothing crazy, just a good solid workout. My hip was a little tight, but other than that I felt relaxed and not too labored.

PM - 6 mile run home from the store. Very slow. Hips Really tight. I'm going to spend some time stretching.
