| AM - Nice morning run with Logi. Saw about 25 dear grazzing out in the field by the river. Ran up 7.5 and Tempo back 5 miles. Started of steady then picked it up a bit. I had woken up with some stomach issues and had problem on mile 4 and had to stop at DC and use the bathroom. Overall pretty happy, hami was tight after.

| AM - Morning run with Logi. Lower leg felt great the whole time. Chased a few deer through the field. Steady run, Hami had a little glitch in it towards the end of the run. Not sure what my deal is with my R Leg. Really happy about the run and how I felt.15 miles.
