I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT. We also head-up the St. George Running Club.
Hi there, I was having some saitic pain and some tendonitis in my high medial calf that is still nagging, but the back is doing better. I thought the blog would be fun and I have to live through all the other runners right know because I'm not doing much of my own. I don't think I will be at st. George this year but it looks like you will do well. Gook luck and I hope everything is well.
