AM - 7 miles -bike-path loop. 10x100m strides. I'm running pretty tired. I was going to get up and run with the guys this morning. But, I was just beat last night and decided I should probably split my runs up a bit more today. PM - 7 miles out and back around the Turf Farm. Still feeling really tired. I'm not sure why I'm feeling so drained this week.
