Crossfit Mama WOD! Run a 10 k

Haven't run this far since Salmon marathon in Sept. Ouch.

After today's run all my shoes have 400+ miles. I think I need new shoes.

50 Kettlebell swings, 15 lbs
60 Crossfit sit-ups (I did crunches)

 Crossfit Mama WOD! 304! I subbed thrusters for wall ball and jumped 16.5" (ouch)

3 rounds of:
Wall ball, 10 lbs (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 15-30lbs (Reps)
Box Jump, 18" box (Reps)
Push-press, 20lbs (Reps)
Crossfit sit-ups (Reps)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep.

 Crossfit Mama WOD (as fast as you can) 16:28!

15 Push-ups (I did girl)
40 Crossfit sit-ups (1 round cross fit and the rest crunches)
50 Squats 

I need new shoes before running again. Just never kidless to go get some!

 Crossfit Mama WOD! (AFAYC) 5:15!

 3 rounds of:
20 Overhead or front squats, 30-40 lbs
50 Jump rope

I only have 2 15 lb dumbbells and I couldn't even do one overhead squat. You must need a bar for those. So I did front squats. Concentrated on form, so quite slow.

I did jump rope and I did pee my pants.

3 mile interval run-30 min
