Pretty good workout today. 2 mile warmup then 1200,800,800,400,400,400. Not sure on exact times, but they were around 4:07,2:45,2:43,75,75 and either a 66 or 67 on the last 1. Felt pretty good, I probably could have gone harder. It was good to actually feel decent after a workout because I usually feel like junk. Long cooldown. |
