Biggest bi-polar run in a while. First half wad good, then the wind and snow was blowing in my face the entire way back. Wish I had brought more than my tshirt and short shorts but whatever.

1.5 during lunch then mountain run. Pretty much just trevor, josh and me most of the time. Hopefully it keeps getting warmer so all thr snow melts on the trails. Strength training after. Had to leave that a bit early because of work.

Hill workout today. Lately I've just had no energy, especially on workouts. I know it's because I'm working a lot(about 20 hours a week). It's just hard because I know quitting will help me,(which I am), but I already have another job set up. I want to be fast but I need the money for my mission and college too.

3 miles during lunch with a few guys. Then to the pole, then 2 games of tag. Had some good chases, and 1 where I was chased. Strides barefoot afterwards which is always a good time.

Did like a half mile but my knee was hurting, so I went home and did the bike. Stinks because it's a beautiful day. Done 600 pushups so far this week!

Good run today. We made a new run called the couch run. We went up towards spring to the bathrooms but then we went on a trail up the side of the mountain. I fell behind on this part. Once we got to the top we headed down by the bike jump and ended up at sliding rock. Then we headed back and did dumpster to get to 10. I'm hoping we can find somewhere to add in a mile so we don't have to do dumpster every timr we do couch run. Breakfast at the Erekson's house. Good way to start the day.
