Good workout today. 600,400x4. 90 seconds active rest. I'm in California so I just looked up the nearest high schools. There was 1 .5 miles from my hotel, but Dana Hills(3rd at NXN) was 2.5 miles so I went there instead haha. Felt really good, and smooth. Times were 1:48,72,1:48,72,1:47,71,1:45,67. Sea level is awesome to run at haha. Not quite acclimated yet, but I should be soon:) Long cooldown. |
