Duel meet today! Did the mile and 800. Warmed up 2 miles before the mile. The mile was a dud in a way. I just couldn't get my legs to go very fast. I usually have a good kick but I didn't even have a kick. They said 5:20 when I crossed but on the results it said 5:11. So I'm going with that 1 haha. Did a mile easy before the 800. I ran the 800 half hearted. Just chilled the first lap and then kicked it in. 2 mile cooldown with thr guys and a few lehi dudes. I'm kinda dissapointed with my races. I know I'm in better shape. Excited for my next race. |
