2 mile warmup the 5x800. I decided to do the first 1 conservatively because I nusually fall apart towards the end. I hit a 2:58 lol so it was too slow. The rest were inbetween 2:45 and 2:50. Coach pulled me out after the fifth. Cut the cooldown a bit short because my left quad was hurting. Got home and stretched for a while,did my core, and used my marshmallow stick for a bit. |
