In the Denver area the next few days. Ran by Arapahoe high school, the team that I got a shirt from at Nike southwest. Did a lap on their track then ran around in some neighborhoods till I found a sweet trail. It's like the canal before it was paved, except there were trees all around it. Did 2 miles out on that and then headed back. Picked up the pace the last few miles, hit like 6:15 on both. Average pace 6:59. |
