Tempo today, 4x2 minute pickups so nothing too hard, at least usually. Today my goal was to keep up with trevor on all of them. As soon as the first 1 started I just couldn't get my legs moving fast at all. Was just super tired. I was pushing it hard, but I still wasn't going fast. I think it's because I'm working too much. I'm quitting in 2 weeks though! |
