BBK DAY! 2.5 warm up miles by myself. Hill repeats with the group. So fun to see the fast runners pass me (motivation), and hear encouraging words along the way. We ran around a cemetery 10 times, no joke! These repeats were suppose to be at a 5k tempo, I don't think I was pulling that off. HARD breathing effort. I need the BBK's in my life, as well as more spinning classes to make hills easier. Finished the day off with 2 miles @ marathon pace. My 2 miles were not at what I want my marathon pace to be... Thanks BBK's, this was a fantastic and fun workout! No more running for the day, yay! My body is starting to slow down. I hate taking it 'easy,' but it's very necessary. Evening ride up Suncrest. Evening Yoga class, so RELAXING!
