9 miles on the TM.
6 MMG workout. Climbed 900 ft. My friend said I made my run just look like a jog... I was going at a jogging pace.
Yup, I got 1.5 miles on the TM. Baby was NOT having gym time today. :(
8 miles on the TM. Trying to run as much as I could before Naomi woke up. started with 1 mile warm up on 7.0. Then ran 1/4 intervals. 7.0, 7.5, 8.0, 8.5 repeated 7x.
T25 AB workout. I like T25, I will be starting the program on Monday.
I would have liked to run 10, but I only had time to run 7. It was on the indoor track, and it was really boring.
I am actually glad that I didn't run anymore because my body was not having it. Hip flexors and ankles were sore.
