Favorite Blogs:
ARC for 30 minutes and run walk 2 miles on the TM.
ARC trainer 45 minutes.
I gave runnnig a shot and it scared me a little. I am happy that my body didn't fall apart. I actually got fatigued at the end of my run, kind of depressing.
ARC trainer for an hour while Naomi slept in the stroller.
Walked 3 miles around the base with the baby and my sister.
6 really slow miles on the TM. I am starting to feel better running. :)
