Utah Valley Marathon 2013: PR 3:16:20, 1st division.

Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

6 with David during the Boston Marathon.  We came back home and watched the winners cross, fun see that physical and mental battle!

6 miles in the morning 8:15 AP.  My leg started getting really fatigued and tired around mile 5.

Ran half a mile to warmup while I waited for David to get ready.  My legs were still completely beat from Tues.  I was reeeeealllllyyy slow.  By mile 2 I turned back around and went home I was so depressed about my running.  

Ate candy the rest of the day. Nice.

10 slow and easy miles on the TM.  It was a progressive run that started at 6.5 and moved up one notch every half mile.  Took me a long time, but I was still happy that double digit run was burried somewhere inside of me.

4 miles at the slowest snails pace ever.  10 minute miles yo! I cried at a mile and half and David told me it was ok to be like this.  I am 8 months prego I guess, it 's ok to feel like mud certain days.  Just so exhausting.  But he was right, I was so happy to be over and done with this run when I got home.
